Return & Refund Policy

1. 14-day returns

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (the date on your tracking). Eligible items:

  • unstitched fabric, unused and in its original packaging;
  • ready-made (standard size) outfits, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all tags attached.

Please try items on carefully without removing tags. Items with signs of wear, makeup, perfume or deodorant marks, or alterations can't be accepted.

2. Final sale items

Custom-size / made-to-measure outfits and items marked "Sale" or "Clearance" are final sale, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and we pay for the return. This also applies to custom-size items that differ from the measurements you gave us.

4. How to return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the items and the reason.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with your return authorization.

5. Return shipping costs

We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Change of mind: you pay return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item: we pay.

6. Refunds

We inspect returns within 2 business days of receiving them. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 more business days to show it.

7. Exchanges

We handle an exchange as a return plus a new order. Email us and we'll help you choose the new size or style.

8. Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, as long as tailoring or shipping hasn't started. Custom orders already in tailoring can't be cancelled.
