All orders are prepared, packed and shipped from 802 S Holmes St, Glenville, NY 12302, USA, by Amaima Couture.

Where we deliver

This policy covers delivery to the United States. For other countries, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day. The delivery estimate is also shown on each product page.

Carrier and tracking

All orders ship by USPS with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value, and no shipping fees are added at checkout.

Customs and import duties

Orders ship from inside the United States to US addresses, so there are no customs duties, import taxes or extra fees on delivery. The total at checkout is all you pay.

Address changes

Check your address at checkout. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change it. After dispatch it can't be changed. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, re-shipping is charged at cost.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.
